Full Coordination includes:
Unlimited face-to-face meetings
Unlimited phone and email communication
Discussion of needs, vision, and requirements for your event and how best to execute them
Creation of a customized planning guideline/timeline
A TPIM team member available for advice, recommendations, and referrals throughout your planning process
Ceremony planning assistance (including/ incorporating any cultural, religious and/or traditional aspects)
Research and suggestions of professionals, vendors, venues, etc.
Contract review for all venues and venors
Walk through of location(s) to discuss layout and logistics of wedding
Assistance with development of floor plan, seating chart, etc.
Scheduling and attendance of necessary vendor meetings
Selection, negotiation, and coordination of guest accommodations
Assistance with selection and purchase of decor items and favors
Creation of welcome bags/wedding favors (if necessary)
Planning and coordination of rehearsal dinner or welcome dinner (if necessary)
Coordination of transportation (if necessary)
Assistance with obtaining license(s), C.O.Is, and making sure all legal needs are met
Creation and distribution of schedules to couple, professionals and service providers
On the day of your wedding, TPIM will provide:
Unlimited hours of service by A TPIM team member (and assistant, if needed)
Overseeing of the event set-up
Organization of decor, including (but not limited to) place cards, favors, gift table, and lighting decor
Coordination with vendors throughout the day to ensure that you have all that has been requested or paid for
Organization of your wedding party for both processional and recessional, direction for music/announcement cues during your ceremony
On-site management of vendors, as well as assisting guests with directions, etc.
Address emergencies, last-minute details and requests you may have (will have an emergency kit available)
Ensure that vendors receive their final payments and/or tips
Overseeing of event breakdown, including any cleanup of the venue as well as packing up any items you wish to bring home with you (if necessary)
