This package is for the couple who maybe just got engaged and doesn’t quite know where to start.

Maybe you both have busy jobs and don’t have the time or patience to do the research or deal with the internet and social media overload.

Maybe you have an idea of what you want your wedding vibe to be, but have no idea what things will cost and where to begin. This package is your wedding planning best friend, we will begin one year before your wedding OR whenever your engagement begins and we will be with you every step of the way. Budgeting, to referrals, to meetings, decor ideas and support with month by month planning. Not to mention, this includes a couple self care perks to keep this process as stress free as possible.

  • Five face-to-face meetings (Final 5th at venue 4-6 weeks before wedding)

  • Unlimited email communication and phone calls as needed beginning immediately (between office hours 9am-7pm)

  • Initial budget meeting to go over overall wedding and vendor budget and help organize budgeting.

  • Budget doc creation

  • Creation of Planning document (Month to month guide, of what you should be working on each month)

  • Vendor Referrals and outsourcing

  • Confirmation of and communication with all professionals and service providers

  • Timeline Questionnaire distributed and detailed timelines created and distributed to client, professionals and service providers

  • Assistance with development of floor plan

  • Maintenance of Budget Doc, Planning Doc and Day Of Timeline

Also Included:

Day of Wedding

  • 12 hours of service. (With a head planner and a TPIM assistant)

  • Oversee set-up of event site(s) according to couples’ wishes Set up place cards, favors, gift table and small decor.

  • Coordination with vendors and professionals throughout day

  • Line up wedding party, cue the music and direct the processional during the ceremony and intros.

  • On-site management of professionals and guests.

  • Ensure professionals receive their final payments and/or tips

  • Oversee event strike, including the cleanup of site, and pack up any items you’ve brought to the site.
