Package #1 is for the couple who has their wedding planning and coordinating under control, but would love some support a couple months before their wedding. This couple wants to hand over their vendors, get right to business with organizing the details and logistics of their day and not have to stress, knowing they are being taken care of from here on out.

Package #1 includes:

  • Unlimited email communication and phone calls as needed beginning two months before your wedding (between office hours 10am-6pm)

  • One face to face meeting: A walk through of the venue(s), to discuss layout and logistics of wedding, no later than one month before the wedding.

  • Timeline questionnaire distributed to couple (4-6 weeks before wedding)

  • Detailed timeline created and distributed to couple, professionals and service providers

  • Floor Plan Creation (if needed)

  • Communication with all professionals and service providers 4 weeks before the wedding.

Day of Wedding

  • 12 hours of service. (With a head planner and assistant planner)

  • Oversee set-up of event site(s) according to couples’ wishes Set up place cards, favors, gift table and small decor.

  • Coordination with vendors and professionals throughout day

  • Line up wedding party, cue the music and direct the processional during the ceremony and intros.

  • On-site management of professionals and guests.

  • Ensure professionals receive their final payments and/or tips

  • Oversee event strike, including the cleanup of site, and pack up any items you’ve brought to the site.
