PACKAGE #1

“How Soon is Now?” (Package #1) Is for the couple who has their wedding planning and coordinating under control, but would love some support a couple months before their wedding.

Two months out: We will set up phone calls, our in person meeting, connect with all your vendors and create your day of timeline.

One month out: We will meet at your venue, talk layout and logistics, fine tune the timeline and make sure all vendors are on the same page with your day of specifics.

On the day of your wedding: You will have a TPIM head and assistant planner for 12 hours of service, we will be there for set up, breakdown and for all the magic in between.

PACKAGE #2

“You’ve Got Everything Now.” (Package #2) Is for the couple who enjoys the planning and coordinating process but is looking for someone to work alongside them six months before their wedding- someone to bounce ideas off of, who can offer support and make suggestions. This couple is interested in meeting a few times throughout their process, whether it be at the TPIM office, for a drink, over a meal to vent, share their vision, ask for advice and maybe do a couple walk throughs of their venue for decor ideas.

Starting Immediately: We will begin talking through your ideas, your vibe and what vendors you have solidified at this time, if you are looking for vendor referrals for your remaining team, we will share our friendors with you. If you need to vent, we got you.

Six Months Out: We will begin setting up our in person meetings.

Two Months Out: We will give you our timeline questionnaire and begin the first draft of your day of timeline and begin communication with all your vendors.

Six weeks Before: We will do our final walk through of your venue, solidify the timeline and create your floor plan if needed.

One Month Out: We will fine tune your timeline, maintain communication with all vendors.

On The Day Of Your Wedding: You will have a TPIM head and assistant planner for 12 hours of service, we will be there for set up, breakdown and for all the magic in between.

PACKAGE #3

“Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I want” (Package #3) Is for the couple who maybe just got engaged and doesn’t quite know where to start.

Maybe you both have busy jobs and don’t have the time or patience to do the research or deal with the internet and social media overload.

Maybe you have an idea of what you want your wedding vibe to be, but have no idea what things will cost and where to begin. This package is your wedding planning best friend, we will begin one year before your wedding OR whenever your engagement begins and we will be with you every step of the way. Budgeting, to referrals, to meetings, decor ideas and support with month by month planning. Not to mention, this includes a couple self care perks to keep this process as stress free as possible.

PACKAGE #4

“Well I Wonder” (Package #4) Is an option for the couple who might be throwing a wedding that may be non-traditional or more intimate.

Sometimes venues provide an event coordinator and/or a staff that will take care of the heavy lifting. Maybe you just need some help finding and organizing vendors, creating a timeline, and packing up all your personal belongings at the end of your special day. Whatever the case may be, customizing your own package will give you the freedom and flexibility to pay for exactly what you need and stay within your budget.
